The EXCEL Foundation
funds grants to teachers in Coeur d'Alene School District 271. The
EXCEL Board seeks unique and innovative ideas which will offer
students the opportunities to develop higher level thinking skills and
depth of knowledge with potential to increase the students' motivation
to learn. We strive for excellence in education. Grants have provided
classrooms with equipment and educational materials that support
creative and innovative projects designed by the classroom teacher to
enhance the curriculum.
